Marie Schlund, DPM
PodiatristDr. Schlund received her undergraduate education at the University of St. Francis in Joliet, IL and attended medical school at Dr. William Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, IL. After graduating in 1987, she completed two residencies at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Marion and Fort Wayne, Indianapolis and Grissom Air Force Base in Indiana. Dr. Schlund is board certified by the American Board of Lower Extremity Surgeons and has hospital affiliations with AMITA Glen Oaks Hospital, Aiden Surgical Center, and Oak Brook Surgical Center. She has professional memberships with the Illinois Podiatric Medical Association, the American Podiatric Medical Association, the AMITA Glen Oaks Hospital Health System, the American Board of Lower Extremity Surgery, the American College of Lower Extremity Surgery, the Academy of Physicians and Wound Healing, and the American Professional Wound Care Association. Dr. Schlund specializes in hammertoe and bunions and has been in practice since 1987.
